When the worst happens, Panic Mode is your circuit breaker. It strips all Dangerous Permissions server-wide, locks down roles, and begins automated recovery — reversing unauthorized changes and restoring server integrity. Activatable by any authorized owner or Extra Owner.

Extra Owners sit just below the server owner in the security hierarchy. They can activate Panic Mode, manage whitelists, and configure the Sentinel Engine — without holding the actual Discord ownership role. Up to 10 slots per server, all resolved in O(1) time.
