Terms & Conditions

By adding the karen bot to your Discord server or using any services provided by karen Security Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately remove karen from your server and discontinue use of the associated services.

These Terms apply to all server administrators, Extra Owners, and any user interacting with karen through Discord commands.

karen is an automated Discord bot that provides AntiNuke and server security services via the Sentinel Engine. Features include but are not limited to:

• Core event monitoring and automated threat response

• Panic Mode for emergency server lockdown

• Whitelist authorization management

• Extra Owner co-ownership delegation

• Quarantine-based user isolation

All services are provided on an 'as-is' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

karen may only be used for legitimate Discord server security purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Sentinel Engine

• Use karen to harass, ban, or harm users in violation of Discord's Terms of Service

• Add karen to servers you do not own or administer with proper authorization

• Abuse Panic Mode or Quarantine features for non-security purposes

• Attempt to extract data from karen beyond what is returned by standard bot commands

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and blacklisting from karen's infrastructure.

karen operates strictly within Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All features are designed to comply with Discord's platform rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of karen's features on your server complies with Discord's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any server that operates in violation of Discord's policies.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime for the karen bot or associated services. Interruptions may occur due to Discord outages, maintenance, or unforeseen infrastructure issues.

Enterprise plan subscribers are eligible for uptime guarantees as specified in their plan agreement.

We are not liable for any losses, including security incidents, that occur during periods of service unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, karen Security Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from unauthorized access, server disruptions, or data loss — even if karen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum total liability for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

The karen Sentinel Engine, its codebase, design, branding, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of karen Security Labs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on karen or its components without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate access to karen for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or engages in abuse of the bot's capabilities.

You may terminate your use of karen at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Upon termination, your configuration data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users via our official Discord support server.

Continued use of karen following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of karen Security Labs' principal operations.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of karen shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
